Hi, I’m Andrea!

​I’ve used my love of language and art to communicate empathy and serve people in
​innovative, personalized ways. I started my journey as a UX designer at DESIGNATION 
in April of 2017 and fell in love with developing experiences through ​proactive research
and ideation methods. Every project I've been a part of since has given me an opportunity
to find new ways to solve problems and empower people with what they need.

I currently work at HCSC as a Human-Centered Researcher, focusing on improving the omni-channel healthcare experience of BlueCross BlueShield insurance members. When I’m not working, you're likely to find me listening to/making music, baking my own bread, ​​or exploring Chicago.
